The Account Service team is wholly focused on smooth processes that provide successful results for clients and their brands. Account service also provides critical strategic insight and an in-depth understanding of the processes, demands and objectives of our clients’ business through full immersion in the day-to-day, and also strategic consideration for future goals.
Blackfoot introduced PR into the agency in February 2014 and has since gained some great successes for clients. At Blackfoot we take a bespoke approach to PR, tailoring it to the aims of the client and the target media. Whether the PR activity comes in the form of press releases, events, statements or stunts, we always ensure we integrate it seamlessly into the client’s overall marketing strategy. Blackfoot’s PR manager is former journalist Sarah Bakker who has worked in both Australia and the UK, in a range of sectors including healthcare, beauty, retail, travel, engineering and horticulture.
